Shipping policy

We currently ship within the US only. All orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Items will be shipped within 3 business days of order receipt. Paleta is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond their control.

All Sales Are Final
We want you to love your Paleta items! Please contact us at: thepaletashop@gmail.com with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order as we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

Damages and Issues
If the item you receive is defective/damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted at this time.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
